Paris Bennett voted out on Idol

Bye bye Paris Bennett, as the 17 year old “Idol” hopeful was voted out of the competition.

The departure of the 17-year-old Fayetteville, Georgia, resident narrowed the number of “Idol” wannabes to four. The winner will be crowned May 25.

Contestants sang two songs — one from the year of their birth and one from any Billboard chart’s current top 10 — in Tuesday night’s program.

Tsunami warning in Fiji and New Zealand

A magnitude-8.0 earthquake struck early Thursday near the South Pacific nation of Tonga, the U.S. Geological Survey said. A tsunami warning was issued for Fiji and New Zealand.

I hope this won’t turn out to be another Tsunami case….

Seacrest -Hatcher relationship off

Teri Hatcher says she hasn’t seen American Idol host Ryan Seacrest since they were photographed kissing in March, prompting rumors that they were a couple.

“I haven’t seen him since that day,” Hatcher said on Tuesday’s Oprah Winfrey Show. “So all the stuff about everything else is just made up.”
